Portrait of William III of England. Born 14 November 1650 in The Hague, The Netherlands. Died 19 March 1702 in London, England. Copper engraving by Frederik Bouttats (1590-1661), c. 1660. Reasonable condition. Margins trimmed to the border. Portrait cut-out and placed in a seperately printed decorative border. Both the portrait and the border in a nice contemporary colouring. Paper slightly browned. Traces of former mounting on the left. Some minor damage. Mounted on verso: a contemporary coloured portrait of Charles I of England (1600-1649). Etching and engraving, placed in a seperately printed decorative border. Traces of former mounting on the right. Dimensions: 156 x 112 mm.
