Portrait of Publius Cornelius Scipio Nasica. Born c. 227/230 BC in Rome, Italy. Died 171 BC. Etching and Engraving by Theodoor Galle (1571-1633), 1606. Good condition. Paper with ample margins. A nice strong and early impression. Paper slightly browned and slightly soiled, with some browning along edges and some minor creasing. Verso: blank. Note: dimensions reflect the plate mark. Dimensions: 142 x 92 mm. Publius Cornelius Scipio Nasica was Politician, Statesman, Consul, and Roman Consul.
