Portrait of Alexander II of Vehlen, Freiherr of Raesfeld and Bretzenheim. Born 1599. Died 10 October 1675. Etching and Engraving by Cornelis Meyssens (c. 1640 - after 1677), c. 1650. Good condition. A beautiful strong and early impression. Paper slightly soiled. Some minor browning along edges and some minor creasing. Verso: blank. Note: dimensions reflect the plate mark. Dimensions: 174 x 120 mm. Alexander II of Vehlen, Freiherr of Raesfeld and Bretzenheim was Field Marshal, Military leader, and Served in the Thirty Years' War.
