Portrait of Charles IX of Sweden. Born 4 October 1550 in Stockholm, Sweden. Died 30 October 1611 in Nykoping, Sweden. Etching and Engraving, c. 1650. Reasonable condition. A beautiful strong and early impression. Paper slightly soiled. Some minor browning along edges and some minor creasing. A short upper margin. Paper with a very faint stain in the lower right corner. Verso: blank. Dimensions: 175 x 123 mm. Charles IX of Sweden was King of Sweden, King, and Member of the House of Vasa.
