Portrait of Benjamin Frieswijk. Born 18 April 1731 in Leeuwarden, The Netherlands. Died 4 November 1809 in The Hague, The Netherlands. Mezzotint by Benjamin Samuel Bolomey (1739-1819), after Benjamin Samuel Bolomey (1739-1819), 1790. Reasonable to good condition. Paper slightly soiled. With a faint stain. Mounted onto a 18th century album leaf. Dimensions: 176 x 129 mm. Benjamin Frieswijk was Preacher, Protestant, Preacher in The Hague, Preacher in Zierikzee, Protestant preacher, Preacher in Rotterdam, Preacher in Britzum, and Preacher in Leeuwarden.
