Portrait of Frans van Donia. Born c. 1580 in Jelsum, The Netherlands. Died 25 February 1651 in The Hague, The Netherlands. Copper engraving, c. 1650. Good condition. Paper with ample margins, but slightly browned along edges. Verso: blank, with traces of former mounting. Note: dimensions reflect the plate mark. Dimensions: 158 x 115 mm. Frans van Donia was Military leader, and Dignitary at the Peace of Munster.
