I am giving the seller a neutral response, because of the outcome of my purchase. When I received my item, it was damaged. Well, I am trying to be nice, it was basically snapped in half. I reached out to the seller via eBay email and received no response. I know it was likely damaged during shipping, but having a wood frame snapped in half was really unfortunate. I didn't receive any response at all from the seller.
