They were very responsive. Unfortunately item never arrived as it was lost in transit. Even then they were very easy to work with and we were able to receive a refund. Hope to be able to shop from them in the future

item initially came very damaged beyond regular wear and usage as stated in the item description. seller was very willing to rectify the issue and issued a partial refund such that both parties agreed.

The item arrived in excellent condition and was sent from overseas. It was packaged well. Lenox is known for its high quality and is a great value for this item.
