Super fast shipping and packaging well protecting my new-to-me gorgeous blue leather designer shoes. They look just like they did in the many helpful photos and descriptions. Very nice website. The shoe was not new without box as described. It arrived with obvious wear throughout including foot bed, sole, and straps. Also one strap had been superglued. When contacted the seller insinuated the wear was by me which is completely untrue. I contacted them within 30 min of receiving the shoe. After seeing the pictures of superglue they did offer to accept a return which is why I gave positive feedback. I decided to keep the shoe as a pool/ beach shoe given the low price I paid.
Everything was absolutely flawless. The item arrived exactly as described, in perfect condition, and was packaged with care, good value. Shipping was fast, and communication was smooth throughout the entire process. Highly recommend this seller—professional and reliable!
