Actually I asked for a refund which had absolutely nothing to do with the seller or the item I just needed the item faster than I would have recieved it they approved refund fast I will be ordering from them again
item as described, but it was packaged in a small, tight wad and i had to lay out the sweater to air it out and get the wrinkles (mostly) out. it would have weighed the same packaged in a flatter container
