Item was shipped but did not arrive. The seller indicated some technical difficulty with the shipping (located in China). They offered to send it in another fashion, but this is the second time I ordered this particular item and it has never arrived so I asked for a refund. Was refunded per my request. I leave positive feedback as I do not see this as the seller's problem, but something else. Disappointing, but the seller was quick to communicate and I did receive a refund.
The hat arrived bent and not in good shape but communication was very good with seller and they refunded half of my money and we settled there.. Probably needs to pack better next time.. But thank you for working with me on this..
got these hair pins prior to expected date. packaged well except the pkg was very, very small. could have easily gotten lost. fast shipping, thanks
