Item was exactly as described, packaged well, and arrived quickly once shipped, but was not shipped quickly. Item was ordered on the 26th, a shipping label was created on the 30th, but the item was not actually mailed until the 2d. Of course, the post office was to blame for the two day delay before I received it on the 8th. I recognize that it was over a holiday and will also take into account the actual shipping time from California should I order from this seller again.
Unfortunately, there was NO communication from this company. I cancelled the order through ebay and my payment was returned. The big twist was that apparently USPS lost the package and, once found, delivered it to me about two or three weeks later! I tried contacting the company again for a return and still no answer. The product looks great and was offered at a great price. It is sitting, unopened, in my front hall if ever they need it back
