This is a rare and valuable comic book titled "What If? #27" published by Marvel Comics in 1981. The issue features a compelling storyline questioning what would have happened if Phoenix had not died. The comic book is a first printing and is boarded for added protection. The newsstand variant adds to the uniqueness of this comic book. The cover artist is Frank Miller and the story is written by Mary Jo Duffy with art by Jerry Bingham and John Stuart. The comic book is in a very good/fine grade and is perfect for collectors of US comics, especially those interested in the Marvel (MCU) universe and the superhero teams of X-Men and X-Factor.
I just would like to say I see that the seller tried to send this with “Do Not Bend” written and a little cardboard to prevent it from bending, but a comic book should never be sent in a bendable envelope. I’m glad it survived shipping at it was a good price.
Great seller, active communication on shipping and our ability to work a larger deal, packaged well, shipped fast, will look to do business with them again! Thank you!
This comic is such a great addition to my collection..it is perfect. Very carefully packed and shipped! Great ebayer!
