The jacket listed wasn't available after purchase due to recent flooding at their warehouse. They apologized and offered a full refund or a replacement that was a different style, but the same size. I was very happy with the replacement offer and accepted it happily. The seller told me they found out the replacement jacket was of a higher value than the original jacket listed, but would still honor the proposition that was made. The jacket shipped soon, and I received it faster than expected!
The uchikake is in excellent used condition, as it was described and pictured, shipped quickly and safely, and it was carefully and securely packaged with bubble wrap. The packaging was good enough, was kind of worried because of the item type, but can notice the seller was very careful with it, looks as described and even better, love the glasses, maybe the shipping had some details but was Fedex thing, each time I wrote to the seller I got an answer so I can say was very interested on provide a good service.
