My item arrived in the mail, but the item (a men’s hoodie) was too small. The label had a Size M and it also was advertised as a Size M. However the hoodie was more a Size S in reality. I notified the seller and he was very understanding. He advised me to return the item and to expect a full refund. I like the seller very much — understanding, polite, and honest. I would be a return customer without a hesitation.
Seller went above and beyond with shipping because I inquired about shipping because I wanted to know if it would arrive in time for a trip I was taking. Item was packed well and arrived exactly as described a was very well priced.
Good value. The description didn't mention the discolorations, but they were clearly visible in the photos, so they were what I expected. Shipping and packaging were fine. Would buy from this seller again.
