I ordered an ornament and when I received the package it was not the one I ordered. Got in contact with the seller and they immediately sent me the correct item. I offered to return the ornament that was sent in error but they told me to keep it. I received the correct ornament very quickly and it was packaged very well. The item was exactly as described and they answered my message within minutes. Thank you for making the process easy and for your kindness of letting me keep both ornaments.

I'm honestly surprised by how well and carefully my item was packaged, coming from someone with prior shipping antiques expensive. Shipping was delayed a bit but it arrived well.
