When the seller was packaging the plates she noticed that 1 was chipped. She texted me to tell me and offered a lower price or to cancel. I decided to cancel because I needed 3 to complete my collection. I didn't want to find another single plate. I was very happy that se caught the chip before sending me the order. I APPRECIATE HER HONESTY AND OFFER. I DID CANCEL. WHAT A GREAT DEALER!!! SHE SAVED US BOTH HASSLES. I WILL BE LOOKING TO THIS SELLER AGAIN!!!! THANKS SO MUCH.
Items which were like new as described and were shipped and received very timely. Unfortunately, one glass of the four purchased was shattered during shipment with USPS even though packaging was good. Seller refunded price of the broken glass as we agreed and was extremely accommodating throughout the process. I would definitely buy from this seller again. NOTE: Found a replacement for the broken glass but not nearly as reasonably priced as these.
