I received my first tin sign, when it arrived it all bent out of shape. I contacted the seller and sent pics of the damage and they sent me a new one. I received my second one and it had a slight dent in which I was able to fix easily. Aside from that it showed up in good condition. I would recommend a fragile sticker or for it to be in a box to avoid that in the future. The service was excellent. The price was good even after shipping and tax. The tin sign looks great.
