A beautiful vintage original watercolor painting on structured paper depicting the historic Delaware Breakwater East End Light in Lewes, Delaware. The artwork captures the iconic "sparkplug" style lighthouse on its rocky island base with a small boat nearby. Artist: Signed by the artist "Mary Sanders" and a distinctive artist's monogram in the lower right corner. Artist Mark & Date: What appears to say "Claw," and the date "1/83" (January 1983) are hand-written in pencil on the back of the paper (visible when backing is removed), offering unique provenance. Medium: Original Watercolor on structured paper. Dimensions: The artwork measures approximately 21 inches by 14.5 inches.
