Product good. Communication, terrible. Item covered in dog hair, slow shipping, even though I specified it was a gift. Listed as a best offer, but not open to any offers at 10% and lower, had to pay full price, did not respond yes/no or decline on any offers. I expect a little more when I pay almost $500 for an item.
