The seller s easy to do business with. I would buy from this seller again. The Sasha clothes set arrived undamaged, although the box acquired a couple deep creases, as it wasn't packed in a bubble envelope. However, since the shipping charge is so obscenely high, I doubt that I'll be tempted to do any more shopping on eBay. Also, it took eBay 17 to deliver the item to me. It's eBay's fault, not the seller's!
I was so looking forward to adding these dishes to my Christmas collection. However, upon arrival they were broken & shattered. Apparently they weren’t packed well enough to survive shipping. As disappointed as I was about the dishes, the seller made it right by promptly refunding my payment.
The seller was exceptionally careful in packaging my item with tight bubble wrap and a mailing package that included a prominent “handle with care” sticker. It seriously felt like my package was loved.
