Sadly, part of the statue was damaged during packaging. The seller was forthright in their communication and explained the damage and offered acceptable remedies. Due to the nature of the damage, I opted for a full refund. I am sad that it worked out the way it did however I will definitely be visiting this sellers store in the future as they are very stand up and easy to work with. No risk working with them at all.
Beautiful!! I love it! One suggestion, however. Please think of your packaging before mailing items. It came to me all knotted up from shipping and took me 20 minutes to get the knots out. Not a criticism, just an observation. Thank you. Otherwise, it was a good experience and I appreciate my offer being accepted. I love this piece.
I am so grateful that the statue arrived in perfect condition because it was wrapped perfectly and carefully. I have gotten many statues like this and so many have broken unnecessarily in shipping. I would definitely buy from this person again.
