  1. The item was as describedf. My order was confirmed on 18 October, packed on 21 October, and postmarked on 22 October. However, the order was not delivered until 04 November--thirteen days later. Another triumph for the USPS! While the seller was a little slow in getting the order out, buyers should always check the postmark on packages when they receive them since an excessive delay in receipt may not be the sellers fault.
