When I got ahold of the seller they were very apologetic and offered a full refund, all done within a four day time span.   3. Sorry for low item condition the product in the box seems to be okay but the product box and the packaging boxes are smashed and packaging box is torn and ripped, resale value is 0 with smashed product box, i guess that's the chance you take with delivery service
