This Airstream I bought to ship home to England, restore and enjoy... but between Brexit & then the pandemic ... life etc... it has proven too difficult for me at this stage of my life to bring her home with me after living in NY for 40 + years. She is a very original, in great condition for her age, except that she is now in need of a major update, renovation... polish etc. Aluminium shell in great condition, NO Leaks! Most of the original fixtures and fittings are in place. Sinks, Toilet, shower, gas stove etc. Cabinetry, all need a major polish etc. It does not have an official Title, but I do have a registration from NY State DMV. (MV-51B) It does not have a VIN # because they were never issued for trailers in 1963. It does have the original Airstream Manufacturers ID number plate on it all intact. (see pics) I bought it in 2007 from a guy who bought it in an Auction of a Camp Site in the Catskills in Up State NY. As far as he knew it had never been used for towing. It will come with new tires, so that it can be towed to get it on a trailer or towed for short distances etc. It is currently parked in Inwood, NY. Just East of JFK Airport. BEING SOLD AS-IS.
