I got the item lickety split. Awesome fast shipping. I appreciate that! When someone says the item is an "Open Box" I would expect it to have been opened. This box was absolutely mutilated & held together by tape. Judging a book by its cover, I would not have bought the item. Luckily, the item was as described, all the scrambled pieces were present and after installation it functions properly.
I needed an oven to complete my setup and this one has great reviews. It came securely packaged and arrived one time. Customer service has been wonderful. They contacted me to let me know that they found it to be an open product, not new as listed ans asked if I still wanted to purchase it. I have not tested it out yet but was informed that they would be there if anything was wrong with it.
