The item arrived quickly, and the pricing was very reasonable. However there was a problem in inner padding or placement of the sculpture, because the horse's head was broken off. A "this end up" type label was put in a confusing location related to the shipping label. However the seller was very responsive and they made a strong effort to provide a refund right away.
