I received EXCELLENT pants from the J Jill Wearever line, just as described . J Jill is one of my favorite brands so I was quite happy to find them. Pants are a unique 6purple ( so different from my usual black). They were neatly folded, and securely packaged. I feel this was a fair price and the shipping cost was also reasonable. Too many Sellers are trying to make an extra buck with overpriced shipping expenses so kudos to this Seller for keeping it real. I am supe pleased with my purchase.
Seller was great to work with, the item came and unfortunately there was a few stains she missed. She was very apologetic and refunded me the cleaning supplies I bought in order to help get most of them out or at least lighter. She was quick at responding and offered to return the item. I chose to keep. While this wasn’t ideal, we aren’t perfect, life happens and I definitely wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from her again.
