  2. Shipping was very fast and the item was packaged well (plastic packaging inside surrounded by poly mailer in outside). No scents or anything lingering. Carrier does have a buckle that is finicky which wasn’t shared in the description but if seller bought with intent to resell and hadn’t used it may not have been noticed.
