After putting in the wrong shipping information, they worked with EBay to refund my order, and let me know as soon as the item arrived back to them so I could buy it again. The hat came in a small box that kept the brim clean, with the box wrapped in water-proof plastic to keep it dry while shipping. Product arrived with an issue that was not shown in the description or pictures. Backpack had a small tear in the side. Contacted seller (with pictures) and they immediately replied with made it right with a partial refund.
