Mutuchamy is serving as Associate Professor in the Department of Educational Technology, Tiruchirappali. He has qualified M.A in Adult and NonFormal Education from Alagappa Univrsity, Karaikudi, M.Sc in Psychology from Tamil Nadu Open University, Channai, M.Ed from the University of Madras, M.Phil in Education from Alagappa University, Karaikudi, and Ph.D in Education Technology, Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappali. Besides NET (UGC) and Dip in Hindi from Central Hindi Directorate, New Delhi. He started his career as Lecturer in SCERT, New Delhi and became Senior Lecturer in the Alagappa University College of Education and joined as Reader in the Department of Educational Technology, Bharathidasan University. He has guided several M.Phil/Ph.D. Scholars in Education and also guided many M.Ed Students and he has published many research papers and articles in the National and International Journals. He has served as a member of the Editorial Board for Publication of DRU, Newsletter and Mahak Magazine in Hindi at DIRT (SCERT) New Delhi. He is a member of World Peace Movement Trust, Meerut, Society for Educational Technology, Research and Development, Tiruchirappali and Council for Teacher Education, Karaikudi, Society for Educational Research Development and excellence, Madurai and Association of Indian universities, New Delhi. K. Thiyagu (b. 1981) was born at Kailasapuram, BHEL Township, Tiruchirappali District. He obtained B.Sc. and M.Sc., (Mathematics) from St. Joseph's Colege, Tricy, affiliated to Bharathidasan University, B.Ed from Manonmaniam Sundarnar University, Tirunelveli, M.Ed from Department of Educational Technology, Bharathidasan University, M.Phil., (Education) from Alagappa University, Karaikudi, M.Phil (Math) from Periyar University, Salem.
