  1. The banner was great, but shipping & communication were not. I paid 10/7 and received an auto email on 10/13 with a shipping # and an expected arrival date of 10/15-10/19. I wanted banner by evening of 10/19 for an event. Kept checking the tracking # and the product never moved. I emailed the seller on 10/17, but received no reply... and then 10/18 got an auto update with the delivery date of 10/21 and only then did the product start moving. No apology or explanation received. Disappointed.
