Item was packed very well. Original seal on item was intact so it still appeared new, but had leaked at some point and the sprayer wasn't working. Seller refunded my money immediately and apologized, said I didn't need to return the item. I still recommend the seller as there was no way of her knowing the item was damaged.

Ahhhh absolutely adore the product!! The seller is super sweet and left a kind note in my package^o^ added a freebie for a small scratch that I have no issue with, purple is literally my fav<3. shipping was also super fast came in wrapped up in paper keeping it secured and safe through the mail!!
