The cathedral, located on Walnut Street between Second and Third Streets, was consecrated in October 1834, making it the first cathedral completed west of the Mississippi River. Since 1914, it has been the Church of St. Louis of France.
Shipping was delayed. I believe this was due to the January 2026 snow storm. Packaging was in a thick protective envelope. Exactly as pictured and described. Mint condition for being a 43 year old postcard. My counter-offer was accepted and a fair price. Ebay was able to step in and assist with my inquiry of the delay in receiving. 5 STARS to Seller. Item arrived well packaged in a sturdy mailer and condition was as advertised. Very satisfied. It was purchased as a gag birthday card for an older brother. I got a kick out of it, not sure yet what his reaction was.
