The good - such a nice seller, quick response and did best to meet me halfway to remedy problem with shipping boxes ordered. Not so good: the boxes aren’t what was pictured - the corrugation isn’t as dense, hence boxes are thin/weak, really not strong enough for outer ship material. I’m leaving neutral bc I like this seller but I can’t in good conscience recommend the boxes.
Seller sent me the wrong pen with my notebook but was very attentive and tried his best to remedy the mistake. I ended up getting a partial refund but was happy with the sellers way he handled things.
