Fantastic customer service. It arrived as expected except for the color. It was described as black but it was dark brown. I advised the seller and they immediately offered a full refund or I could keep the dark brown if I liked it and offered a credit for the inconvenience. The jacket is authentic and was in great used condition. Would do business with this seller again!!
The item arrived as described but it took a long time from when I paid for it till when it was mailed out. I purchased an item a few days after purchasing this one and it was shipped and arrived days before this one which was paid for several days earlier. I don't know what caused the delay. There was never any messaging as to why so that was a little concerning.
