The item got lost in shipping and the seller immediately refunded me but luckily the item was returned to the seller and she reached out to me and I still wanted the item then she shipped the item again and it arrived on time and was packaged well and the item matched the photos. I believe the silverware matches fair market value. Overall this was a great customer service experience!
