I didn’t leave a negative review just a neutral one. I don’t mind that this happened if the system interprets neutral as negative then I also don’t mind to change it to positive as I specified before my refund was issued so no worries, I specified not shipped/delivered because usps website said the item was not received so to me both options are entirely possible. But If it worries ya and has that much of an impact I changed it no worries.
