This wreath sheds small white round pieces of styrofoam, which will make birds sick or even die if they eat enough of them, since it is indigestible. Infants could also eat these little round white balls of styrofoam. It is neither safe for inside nor outside use unless you remove the white berry-like parts of the wreath. Sorry, but that's the facts. I've cut the white parts out and supplemented with other silk bits to fill in. Two pictures attached.
