I ordered a pair of Dewalt goggles from the seller but they never arrived. After contacting the seller they went above and beyond what was expected of them to find out what had happened to my package. It had been lost by the courier so the seller put the money back into my account as soon as they found the parcel was lost. I can not recommend this seller enough. I have had a look at what else they sell and I will be getting in touch with them in the near future. Ten stars out of ten.
Brilliant seller with first class after sales service. Arrived on time but one refill was damaged and unusable. I contacted the seller who responded within a couple of hours offering a solution to the problem. Then applied that solution almost immediately after I had contacted them. This is how eBay should be.
