The package fell off of the FedEx truck and was found by a citizen who contacted Sneedfull Things because they couldn't get up with FedEx, but when they did the pictures showed how FedEx wrapped them. Sneedfull Things reached out to me letting me know what was going on. I have rated Sneedfull Things for his care and cooperation, but if the product does not work as it should I am sure it's probably because of falling off of the truck. Item arrived well protected in a small box perfectly sized for the item. Since it was used, I expected a few signs of wear and tear, so I was not surprised that the item was a little dirty and had sticky tape residue on it.
