My sale was between neutral & positive. This seller was slooooooow to get the item sent out and didn't wrap the item well enough. When it arrived both of the back feet where broken off, all the pieces where in the box. I found a way to reattach them. The item looks nice after I worked on it & everything works VERY GOOD!!
