Absolutely a perfect coat. Comes from a smoke free home. I googled the size 38 it says it's a 4 to a 6. Please note the measurements. It is 36 inches long from top of collar 13 inches wide at shoulders 16 inches wide at armpits 14.5 inches wide at waist. If you have a question or want a different picture or measurement just ask. Please if you need or want a different measurement just ask. I would rather measure and take more pictures then to see you some thing that doesn't fit. Thanks for looking.
