  1. Normally a great seller, but I am sure everybody runs into issue from time to time. Have made multiple purchases from this seller ove the years. Always adding to my growing library of math texts I purchased this online after a YT video highlighted this text. A textbook did indeed arrive in a timely fashion. However I did not open the package until much later. Wrong text, but right title. I purchased Taylor and Mann's text, not Fulks'. Emailed seller to give a heads up not request a refund.

  2. ThriftBooks is always very helpful and prompt resolving issues regarding damage or an inaccurate condition description. Great price vs. new. Condition would have been like new had it not arrived damaged due to poor packaging since they only ships books in thin film bags which don't provide any protection whatsoever. This is a thick heavy book which did not survive the USPS media mail handling, but seller was very quick to provide a full refund. Repeat customer due to seller's quick resolution.
