About Us We are selling mostly CHARLES WYSOCKI items and puzzles as well as variety of other quality items to raise money for our paralyzed daughter Erica to help with her recovery and to be active in adaptive sports! We will be adding to our list of items weekly for a long time! To go back, in 2005, a new P.E. teacher and serious athlete, Erica was literally stopped in her tracks by a tiny rare hemorrhage in her spine, which left her paralyzed for the last 18 years. She has accomplished a lot, most notably, by making history summitting Mt. Kilimanjaro in Africa, in her specially built wheelchair, with a team, making her the first known female in the world to successfully summit Mt. Kilimanjaro in a wheelchair! A documentary has been made about that climb – Through The Roof . We continue to raise funds for her therapy, training, travel, cycles, racing chair and now her kayak. September 2019, Erica was chosen to be a part of the Paralympic test event in Japan and check out the new kayak racing facilities. Erica had to pay all the travel and hotel costs herself. In 2012, Erica competed in a triathlon race in Austin, Texas, and won, becoming the Paratriathlon National Champion for the United States ! She next traveled to New Zealand and then London to compete in the World Paratriathlon Championships, representing the U.S.! Puzzle sales also benefit Erica's efforts to recover and walk again. Therapy is costly and not covered by insurance or Medicare, but she is showing signs of recovery, so we continue to raise funds for that therapy!
