received.. . NEW .........they were shipped in a box 3 1/2" X 3 3/4" X13 3/4" so each bunch in a small bag , and was flattened and wrinkled and smashed into the tiny box . after working with each flower some look like the ones in the picture now. seller did offer refund if i sent them back... being the smaller size i can hide some of them with other flowers in the arrangements.
