Seller tried really hard by creating 2 UPS labels. But the warehouse in Houston Texas AGAIN did not get the item to UPS. Warehouse problem not seller. I DID tell this seller I had this warehouse treat a previous seller the same way: no package to UPS. However sellers may not have great flexibility as to where their item is shipped from. I looked the warehouse up in Houston. IT IS HUGE. NO wonder orders get lost. Well anyway this seller refunded me immediately. So a positive rating for seller.
Received part. Part Does not work. Seller wants videos, pictures and to launch an investigation into the matter, meantime I have a very angry customer that has been waiting for the part for days. Will not do business again with this seller. They take forever to respond and they take too much time to resolve a problem.
