The jacket listed wasn't available after purchase due to recent flooding at their warehouse. They apologized and offered a full refund or a replacement that was a different style, but the same size. I was very happy with the replacement offer and accepted it happily. The seller told me they found out the replacement jacket was of a higher value than the original jacket listed, but would still honor the proposition that was made. The jacket shipped soon, and I received it faster than expected!
The uchikake is in excellent used condition, as it was described and pictured, shipped quickly and safely, and it was carefully and securely packaged with bubble wrap. Postage was fast and was very well packaged item was as described and I was very happy with the size of the bag it is perfect size for my needs and excellent quality.
