Unfortunately my item was damaged upon arrival. I contacted the seller about the situation and couldn’t be happier with the way the situation was handled. It was not an issue with packaging but clearly was mishandled in shipping. Package was marked on every side FRAGILE. I highly recommend seller as the right thing was done and I was refunded before his claim was settled. A bad experience that was handled perfectly.
The item was fine no visible marks. Shipping box was completely opened and a large rubber band was holding the box together. Part of the item was sticking out through the box when delivered.
The seller was really helpful. The wrong thing was sent to us. They notified us before we received it and they accepted the return immediately! Great seller
