This bolt is very dirty, but once cleaned I think it will be lovely !~ ( condition reflected in the price) ~*~ This lovely textile is a hand loomed rag rug from Europe, dating from the early to mid 1900's ~ . ~ Gorgeous farmhouse striped pattern and colors! This textile was woven by hand and used as floor covering. This bolt was woven with a cotton and sometimes a linen thread warp and the weft is woven with strips of various cloths! So many wonderful tones and colors. This textile would add so much flair to an interior ,Wonderful for a décor for a relaxed and fun vibe! ~ These textiles can be used in SO many ways : Ideal used as a hallway carpet, table runner, stair runner, place mats, bathmats, pillow and upholstery fabric, etc! ( please see condition details below) MEASUREMENTS : ~ This lovely piece measures about 25 inches wide by 1.75 yards ( * because these textiles are all woven by hand, the width can vary throughout the bolt as the weaver uses more or less tension! ~*~ The width on these textiles can vary by up to a few inches in places, giving that charming hand-made quality to these wonderful textiles ~*~) CONDITION : This rag rug is in as found, not freshly laundered condition.~ This bolt needs to go straight to the cleaners!!! It's being sold as damaged, but I think it will wash beautifully !! *~ These bolts were used as floor coverings and then put away, uncleaned! I've sold these wonderful textiles for many years now, and have never had an unhappy customer, however it's very important to know that it is necessary to dry clean before it can be enjoyed! It's dusty and often with visible dirt marks which will wash beautifully ~~*~ The unwashed condition is reflected in the price! ~ *~ There are some small , pale marks ~Light signs of time and use , often inherent in these wonderful antique textiles ~*~( please use the zoom feature on the photographs to view closely~) ( condition reflected in the price) Inventory number : 69Y6
